As of May 15, 2007, only unopened shipped products can qualify to be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase. A return fee of 17% of the invoice(s) total will apply to all returns. Shipping, insurance and tracking will be the responsibility of the individual doing the return.
Electronic downloads / activations do not qualify for a refund.
Updates / upgrades / seat additions do not qualify for a refund.
Refunds, less any and all return fees will be issued by Design East Corporation by check within 30 days of receipt of undamaged / unopened products.
training refund policy
As of May 15, 2007, All scheduled training must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to training. Training reschedule / cancellation policy; reschedule or cancellation within 2 weeks of scheduled training will require a 50% fee, reschedule or cancellation within 1 week of scheduled training will require a 75% fee, reschedule or cancellation within 2 business days of scheduled training will require a 100% fee.
